For US orders, use the return portal linked from our Shipping & Returns page. Eligibility for free return shipping depends on the protection selected at checkout. For Canadian orders, contact customer care.

Sunice’s current policy allows returns within 30 days of purchase for eligible items that are unused, unworn and have their original tags. Review exclusions and conditions before sending anything back.

Refund processing begins after the return is received and reviewed. The current policy allows up to 14 business days to process a refund; your payment provider may take additional time.
