Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping for U.S. Orders

We ship all U.S. orders via UPS from our warehouse in Georgia. Orders are shipped within one business day from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is ground service and is expected to take 2-6 business days. Expedited (2 Day and Next Day Air) orders placed by 1:00 PM EST Monday-Friday will ship the same business day. Please note that Express delivery is available only on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

DELIVERY SERVICES

Standard Ground Service (2-6 Business Days):All orders shipped within the United States qualify for free ground shipping.

2nd (Business) Day Air: $25.00

Next (Business) Day Air: $45.00

For expedited shipping, order by 1pm EST Mon-Fri for same-day shipping (excluding holidays). Delivery is Mon-Fri only, excluding holidays. No Saturday or Sunday delivery. Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Shipping for Canadian Orders

Please Note: Due to increased order volume during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, shipment processing times may be longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working diligently to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

We ship most Canadian orders via Canada Post from our warehouse in Montreal. Orders are shipped within one business day from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is typically shipped via Canada Post Regular Parcel™ and is expected to take 2 to 6 business days. Express delivery is typically shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost™ and is expected to take 1 to 2 business days. Please be aware, the delivery date is based on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). We reserve the right to ship orders using alternative courier services when necessary to ensure timely delivery.

DELIVERY SERVICES

International Orders

Sunice only ships to locations within the United States and Canada.

 

Returns

Sunice wants you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase.

You may only return products that are in good condition and have not been used beyond what is necessary to ascertain the fit and feel of the garment. Please ensure products are unwashed and arrive in the original packaging with the tags attached. If the above criteria have not been met, Sunice reserves the right to reject the return and any items will be shipped back.

Items purchased anywhere except sunice.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.


Final Sale Policy

Purchased items that were steeply discounted (40% off or higher) are considered non-returnable or non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.


Returns & Exchanges for U.S. Orders

Sunice has partnered with Redo to provide a free return label if you opted into the free returns plan at checkout. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.

Please note: Customers who remove the free returns & shipping protection package from their cart will be responsible for the shipping costs for any return or exchange.

If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchasers will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift certificate.

For returns coming from Puerto Rico or outside of the domestic US, or APO addresses, prepaid return labels are not available. Please ship items back using your carrier of choice.

If you choose not to use the Prepaid Return Label, please send the package using the shipper of your choice and ship to:

Returns & Exchanges for Canadian Orders

To arrange a return or exchange, please contact Customer Service and we will provide you with an RMA number. You may call us at 1-888-260-4489 or email us at ordersupport@sunicesports.com. We are available Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm EST.

A restocking fee of $10.00 will be processed for Canadian returns. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Additional Notes

On exchange orders, a credit for the returned items will be applied to the original form of payment.This same form of payment will be used for the new items being ordered.

If a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express gift card was used for the original purchase and you no longer have that gift card, please request a gift certificate or store credit in lieu of a credit.
