Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship all orders via UPS from our warehouse in Georgia. Orders are shipped within one business day from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is ground service and is expected to take 2-6 business days. Expedited (2 Day and Next Day Air) orders placed by 4:00 PM EST Monday-Friday will ship the same business day. Please be aware Express delivery is business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

DELIVERY SERVICES

Standard Ground Service (2-6 Business Days): All orders shipped within the United States qualify for free ground shipping.

2 Day Air: $25.00

Next Day Air: $45.00

 

International Orders

Sunice only ships to the United States and Canada at this time.

  • Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with their orders.
  • Shipping fees for orders to Canada will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of order placement.

CANADIAN RETURNS:

Please return your items using the carrier of choice.  Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded.  Please include a copy of your packing slip so we can identify your order.  If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note with your full name and address, order number, and the reason for return.

Returns

Sunice wants you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase.

You may only return products that are in good condition and have not been used beyond what is necessary to ascertain the fit and feel of the garment. Please ensure products are unwashed and arrive in the original packaging with the tags attached. If the above criteria have not been met, Sunice reserves the right to reject the return and any items will be shipped back.

Items purchased anywhere except sunice.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Final Sale Policy

Purchased items that were steeply discounted (40% off or higher) are considered non-returnable or non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Sunice has partnered with Redo to provide a free return label if you opted into the free returns plan at checkout. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.

Please note: Customers who remove the free returns & shipping protection package from their cart will be responsible for the shipping costs for any return or exchange.

If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchasers will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift certificate.

If you need help, please call Customer Service at 1-855-745-4330. For returns coming from Puerto Rico or outside of the domestic US, or APO addresses, prepaid return labels are not available. Please ship items back using your carrier of choice.
