Shipping
We ship all orders via UPS from our warehouse in Georgia. Orders are shipped within one business day from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is ground service and is expected to take 2-6 business days. Expedited (2 Day and Next Day Air) orders placed by 4:00 PM EST Monday-Friday will ship the same business day. Please be aware Express delivery is business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

For Canada
Shipping
We ship most orders via Canada Post from our warehouse in Montreal (we reserve the right to ship orders using alternative courier services when necessary to ensure timely delivery). Orders are shipped within one business day from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is typically shipped via Canada Post Regular ParcelTM and is expected to take 3 to 9 business days. Express delivery is typically shipped via Canada Post XpresspostTM and is expected to take 1 to 2 business days. Please be aware, the delivery date is based on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).

International Orders
Sunice only ships to locations within the United States and Canada.
Returns
Sunice wants you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase.
You may only return products that are in good condition and have not been used beyond what is necessary to ascertain the fit and feel of the garment. Please ensure products are unwashed and arrive in the original packaging with the tags attached. If the above criteria have not been met, Sunice reserves the right to reject the return and any items will be shipped back.
Items purchased anywhere except sunice.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Final Sale Policy
Purchased items that were steeply discounted (40% off or higher) are considered non-returnable or non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Placing a Return or Exchange

Sunice has partnered with Redo to provide a free return label if you opted into the free returns plan at checkout. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
Please note: Customers who remove the free returns & shipping protection package from their cart will be responsible for the shipping costs for any return or exchange.
If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchasers will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift certificate.
If you need help, please call Customer Service at 1-855-745-4330. For returns coming from Puerto Rico or outside of the domestic US, or APO addresses, prepaid return labels are not available. Please ship items back using your carrier of choice.

Placing a Return or Exchange
Please note that a restocking fee of $10.00 will be processed for all returns. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE:
On exchange orders, a credit for the returned items will be applied to the original form of payment.
This same form of payment will be used for the new items being ordered.
If a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express gift card was used for the original purchase and you no longer have that gift card, please request a gift certificate or store credit in lieu of a credit.
Our Commitment to Quality

Product Warranty
Sunice products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
If your item fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it — free of charge.
If the same style is no longer available, we’ll offer a product of equal value or similar design.
Please note:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Removing the inside garment label voids the warranty.
Exception:
Our Zephal products include a 3-year warranty on waterproof fabric performance, in addition to the standard 1-year coverage on other materials and workmanship.
Submitting a Warranty Claim
To start a claim:

Contact our Customer Care team with your order number and photos showing the issue.

Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) if applicable.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item.
We aim to process all warranty requests within 7–10 business days after receiving your product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you prefer, you can request an exchange or store credit instead.

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 10 days, we’re happy to offer a one-time price adjustment.Promotional and special-offer discounts are not eligible.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
We’re making holiday shopping a little easier!
All orders placed between now and December 15th are eligible for returns or exchanges through January 15th, 2026 — giving your recipients plenty of time after the holidays.
