Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, excluding holidays and weekends. Standard delivery takes 2–6 business days, depending on location. Express options are available at checkout. All delivery estimates begin after initial processing times.
Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
United States Shipping Fees
Free Standard Ground Shipping (2-6 business days) on everything, after it’s been processed.
Next Day Air*: For $45, we will get your package to you the next day, after processing.
2-Day Air*: For $25, we will get your package to you in 2 days, after processing.
*Note: Express shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.We use UPS for U.S. orders.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Return Process
For quick and easy returns in the U.S., Sunice has partnered with Redo Returns & Shipping Protection. You can breeze through our return portal to get a free return label if you opted in at checkout. It’s that simple!
Exchanges
Currently, we accept exchanges on US orders through our return portal. Log into the returns portal and choose an exchange, rather than a return.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your return. It may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Important Return Information
- Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return and issue your refund.
- Refunds will always go back on your original payment method.
- Clearance or custom items might not be returnable.
- Please make sure items are unwashed and in the original packaging with tags.
Items returned, washed or missing tags may not be refunded. Items purchased anywhere except sunice.com must be returned to the original place of purchase. - Purchased items that were steeply discounted (40% off or higher) are considered non-returnable or non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Customers who remove the free returns & shipping protection package from their cart will be responsible for the shipping costs for any return or exchange, but must still use the portal for their return. Click this link to start your return or exchange.
