You can redeem Sunice gift certificates easily online. Simply continue the checkout process as normal and on the Payment Information page, there will be a section there for you to enter in your gift certificate number and amount.

When a given color and size combination is out of stock but more inventory is on the way, we provide our customers the option to “backorder” the item. This basically reserves the item for you.

As soon as it becomes available we will ship your backordered item at no extra shipping cost to you. (Don’t worry, all in stock items on your order will ship right away.) And if you decide to cancel - no problem - because you aren’t charged for the backordered item until it ships.

We try our best to provide an accurate estimate for availability of backordered items at the time you place your order. (If a date was not provided then we expect to receive the item within 30 days.) In most cases you can expect delivery 7-10 business days after the “Available” date listed. Occasionally, however, that date changes due to unforeseen manufacturing or shipping delays.

Sunice only ships to the United States and Canada at this time.

CANADIAN RETURNS:

Please return your items using the carrier of choice.  Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded.  Please include a copy of your packing slip so we can identify your order.  If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note with your full name and address, order number, and the reason for return. 

Shipping & Returns

We ship all orders via UPS from our warehouse in Georgia. Orders are shipped within one business day from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is ground service and is expected to take 2-5 business days. Expedited (2 Day and Next Day Air) orders placed by 4:00 PM EST Monday-Friday will ship the same business day. Please be aware Express delivery is business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Orders using 2-Day Shipping must be placed before Monday 12/20 at 3:59pm EST/12:59pm PST to ensure delivery by Christmas.

Orders using Overnight Shipping must be placed before Tuesday 12/21 at 3:59pm EST/12:59pm PST to ensure delivery by Christmas.

Sunice wants you to be pleased with your purchase. Items that are unworn and unaltered may be returned for refund or exchange within 90 days of receipt of purchase.Request a prepaid return label through the portal below. Please note: When using the pre-paid return label, a return shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.Need to exchange for a different size? Place a new order for the desired size and use the portal below to generate a return label. You will be issued a full refund for the returned items and the prepaid return label is on us, just add a note in the NOTES field to tell us you've already placed a new order.     

If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchasers will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift certificate.  If you need help, please call Customer Service at 1-855-745-4330.

For returns coming from Puerto Rico or outside of the domestic US, or APO addresses, prepaid return labels are not available. Please ship items back using your carrier of choice.

At Sunice, it is our policy not to give price adjustments for items purchased prior to our Seasonal Sales. It is our belief that prior to the sale, customers are able to shop our full selection of product styles and sizes to ensure they are able to get the exact items they wish to purchase. At sale time there is no guarantee that all styles and sizes will be available or on sale.

Sunice does not ship to freight forwarders or costume designers under any circumstances.
