Bust / Chest: Measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level and snug.

Sleeves: Measure from the top of your shoulder down to your wrist, following the curve of your arm.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline — usually just above the belly button.

Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the tape flat.

Inseam: Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle.
