Shipping & Returns

Sunice Sports Shipping & Returns

We know getting your gear quickly and hassle-free is important, and that, sometimes, you might need to send something back. Here is how we handle shipping and returns at Sunice Sports: 

Shipping

Most orders are shipped out the next business day, so you won’t be waiting long for your gear to arrive. 

Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link to follow your package as it makes its way to you. 

Here are our most common shipping options, which will be displayed to you during checkout: 

U.S. Shipping:

  • Free Standard Ground Shipping (2-6 business days) on everything, after it’s been processed.
  • Next Day Air*: For $45, we will get your package to you the next day, after processing.
  • 2-Day Air*: For $25, we will get your package to you in 2 days, after processing.

*Note: Express shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

 Canadian Shipping:

  • Free Standard Ground Shipping (2-6 business days) on everything, after it’s been processed.
  • Express (1-2 business days)*: For $27.99, we will get your package to you within 1-2 days, after processing.

*Note: Express shipping is not available for the Yukon, Nunavut, or the Northwest Territories.

Where We Ship

Right now, we ship to the U.S. and Canada. 

Carriers We Use

We use UPS for U.S. orders and either Canada Post or Purolator for Canadian orders.

We want you to love your Sunice Sports gear, but if something isn’t quite right, we make returns easy. 

30-Day Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. 

U.S. Returns

For quick and easy returns in the U.S., Sunice Sports has partnered with Redo Returns & Shipping Protection—now, you can breeze through our return portal to get a free return label. It’s that simple! 

Canadian Returns

If you placed your order in Canada, please reach out to our Customer Service team at customercare@sunice.com to request a return. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid return label, as well as return instructions. 

Note: Canadian returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Important Notes About Returns

  • Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return and issue your refund.
  • Refunds will always go back on your original payment method.
  • Clearance or custom items might not be returnable.
  • Please make sure items are unwashed and in the original packaging with tags. Items returned washed or missing tags may not be refunded.
  • Items purchased anywhere except sunice.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.
  • Purchased items that were steeply discounted (40% off or higher) are considered non-returnable or non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
